Quick Pasta Pan

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 300 g pasta spirals (Fusili)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 300 g pork cutlet (or turkey breast or chicken breast)
  • 2 dessert spoons oil
  • 300 g frozen peas
  • 3 eggs (medium)
  • 3 dessert spoons spicy soya sauce
  • Salt, ground black pepper
  • 1 bunch each parsley and chives

Preparation

Cook the pasta al dente in salted, boiling water. Drain. Peel the onion and chop into rings. Peel and press/finely dice the garlic. Wash and pat dry the meat and dice into bite-sized pieces. Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan and fry the meat until cooked and browned. Add the garlic and onion. Season with salt and pepper and add the pasta and peas and heat together. Add soya sauce to taste. Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper, pour over the dish and let the egg mixture set. Finely chop the parsley and chives and sprinkle over the dish to serve.
